Baseball wins second game against Asbury in dramatic fashion

The Muskingum baseball team completed the sweep over Asbury after winning today's contest 12-11. The win came following a series of impeccable plays made late in the lengthy game that showed the Muskies refused to wavier in the heated bout.

The Muskingum baseball team dropped a heartbreaking game against the Otterbein Cardinals in game one by the score of 5-3. The Muskies went to extra innings against the Cardinals and ended up falling on a home run in the bottom of the 11th inning. Game two found the Muskies slipping in a 10-3 contest.

Baseball improved to 4-0 in the Ohio Athletic Conference as they bested the John Carroll Blue Streaks in both gams of doubleheader for first time since the 2002 campaign. The Muskies grinded out a 4-3 win in game one and dismantled the Blue Streaks in game two by a score of 12-5.
