Over the weekend, the Muskingum archery team rewrote the record books at the USA Archery Collegiate 3D National Championships. Freshman Kelly Hawvermale competed in the women's barebow event and won a National Championship for the Muskies.

In the Field
On day one
- Freshman Kelly Hawvermale was crowned national champion in the Individual Women's Barebow category with a score of 364, making her the first Muskie in program history to achieve a national championship.
- Senior Wes Ellsworth finished seventh in the male fixed pins division.
- Junior Kylee Brookover finished 11th overall in the Female Compound Division.
- Sophomore Gage Kennedy competed in the male barebow division. Kennedy earned 14th place.
- Freshman Samantha Hibbler finished 19th overall in the female fixed pins division.
- Sophomore Carlie Ellsworth accomplished a 20th overall finish in the female barebow Division.
On day two
Official Mixed Team Rounds
- Fixed Pins Mixed Team: Samantha Hibbler and Wes Ellsworth finished third overall, marking the first-ever mixed team national podium finish in program history.
- Compound Mixed Team: Junior Kylee Brookover and freshman Parker Crum earned a 13th-place finish.
- Barebow Mixed Team: Freshman Kelly Hawvermale and sophomore Gage Kennedy finished sixth overall.
Official Team Rounds
- Female Compound Team: Junior Kylee Brookover, sophomore Alexandria Marsh, and sophomore Kaitlyn Oswald finished sixth overall with a score of 1157.
- Female Mixed Pins Team: Senior Grace Pedersen, freshman Samantha Hibbler, and junior Jayden Theison finished seventh overall with a score of 1038.
- Male Barebow Team: Sophomore Gage Kennedy, sophomore Eric Pascual, and freshman Carter Takarsh placed sixth overall with a score of 646.
- Female Barebow Team: Freshman Kelly Hawvermale, sophomore Carlie Ellsworth, and junior Shawna Wickmann finished fourth overall with a score of 800.
Mixed Equipment Rounds
- Mixed Equipment Team: Freshman Kelly Hawvermale, senior Wes Ellsworth, and junior Kylee Brookover finished eighth overall. This marked the best finish in program history in this event.
