The Muskingum volleyball team, led by two-time OAC Volleyball Coach of the Year Hallie Cruzen, was picked to finish fourth in the OAC Volleyball preseason poll. The Muskies received a total of 57 points in the poll.

Muskingum finished the 2021 season 17-10 and advanced to the OAC Tournament semi-finals. As a team, the Muskies tallied 1,140 kills, 1,038 assists, 1,584 digs, and 160 blocks. They averaged 11.75 kills per set, 10.07 assists per set, and 26.33 digs per set while also registering a .205 hitting percentage a season ago.

The Muskies open up their 2022 campaign on Saturday, September 2, when they take on Grove City at the Great Lakes Crossover. Game time is set for 6:00 p.m. Muskingum will play their first home match on Saturday, October 1, when they host Heidelberg in OAC action. Game time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. inside the Anne C. Steele Center.
