Behind a raucous crowd in the Anne C. Steele Center, the Muskingum volleyball team swept John Carroll to advance to the OAC Tournament Final Four.

The Basics
• Records: Muskingum (17-9), John Carroll (14-16)

Game Notes
• The match was promoted as a REDOUT by the Muskingum Student Athlete Advisory Committee. The first 100 fans in attendance received a Muskingum rally towel.
• The Muskies saw a season-high in volleyball attendance with 525 fans in the stands.
• The match opened OAC Tournament action, with the Muskies entering play as the three-seed, while John Carroll held the six-seed.
• With the win, the Muskies will travel to face the two-seed Otterbein Cardinals on Thursday, November 4 at 7:00 p.m.

How it Happened
• After storming out to a 10-5 lead in set one, the Muskies were able to ride their momentum to a frame one win, 25-20.
• In set two, Muskingum got out to an 8-5 lead early, but John Carroll was able to even the score at 11 all. Both teams would trade points until the score was locked at 21-21.
• Aided by clutch points down the stretch, the Muskies pulled out set two, 25-23.
• Set three was controlled by the Blue Streaks early on. John Carroll led by as many as six, and carried a 20-14 lead late in the frame.
• However, the Muskies would proceed to go on an 11-3 run and win the third and final set 25-23.

Inside the Numbers
• The Muskies were led by senior Brooke Bigrigg with 13 kills and 14 digs.
• Senior Erin Dickson notched eight kills and dished out a team-high 15 assists, while junior Emma Dunham tallied seven kills and four blocks.
• Sophomore Khloe Taylor chipped in four kills for the muskies.
• Junior Emma Conrad added 14 assists for Muskingum, while freshman Kylie DeLuca recorded a team-high 16 digs.
• John Carroll was led by Cassi Calamunci with 16 kills, Ally Bartolone with 18 assists, and Anna Coughlin with 25 digs.

• With the win, the Muskingum volleyball team advances to the OAC Tournament final four. The Muskies will travel to Westerville to face off with Otterbein on Thursday, November 4. Game time is slated for 7:00 p.m.
