The Muskingum volleyball team moves to 9-2 overall after splitting on the final day of the Ohio Wesleyan Tournament. Senior Katie Hunt earned all-tournament team honors.
Game 1 - Muskingum 3, Adrian 2 (22-25, 24-26, 25-18, 25-21, 15-13)
At the Net
- The Muskies were led by junior Courtney Nestoff with a team-high 11 kills.
- Hunt and sophomore Miranda Plumly finished with nine kills each.
- Juniors Mackenzie O'Shea and Chloe Brandewie registered eight kills each.
- Brandewie also finished with a team-high seven blocks.
- Margo Joubran finished with a game-high 12 kills for the Bulldogs.
Assisting the Attack
- Freshman Rhieannae Cory guided the attack with 23 assists for the Muskies.
- Freshman Kennedy Brown finished the contest with 22 assists.
- Adrian, setter, Marisa Dion finished with a game-high 39 assists.
Defending the Court
- Junior Deidre Prince finished with 15 digs.
- Sophomore Jordan Youngs had 12 digs, while Nestoff picked-up eight digs.
Game 2 - Muskingum 0, Ohio Wesleyan 3 (13-25, 21-25, 22-25)
At the Net
- Hunt was a force at the net for Muskingum recording seven kills and two blocks.
- Brandewie finished with six kills.
- Nestoff and O'Shea had four kills each.
- Ohio Wesleyan was led by Iris Anderson with 10 kills.
Assisting the Attack
- The freshman tandem of Cory and Brown led the way with 14 and 13 assists, respectively.
- Shannon Schlater finished with a game-high 30 assists for the Battling Bishops.
Defending the Court
- Prince finished with 15 digs, while Cory had seven for the Muskies.
- Carmichael-Tanaka finished the contest with 14 digs.
Game 3 - Muskingum 3, Grove City 2 (22-25, 16-25, 25-19, 25-19. 15-10)
At the Net
- Brandewie led the way at the net recording a team-high 13 kills.
- O'Shea finished with nine kills, while Nestoff recorded seven.
- Jamie Robatisin led the attack for Grove City with a game-high 18 kills.
Assisting the Attack
- Cory and Brown led the way with 19 and 18 assists, respectively.
- Allie Schmid finished with 17 assists for Grove City.
Defending the Court
- Prince finished with 26 digs.
- Nestoff had nine digs for the Muskies.

- The Muskies return to action Firday, September, 23 at the OAC/HCAC Crossover Challenge hosted by Hanover College. The Muskies will take on Bluffton at 4:00 pm.
