The Muskingum volleyball team hosted Ohio Northern for Senior Night on Friday. The match marked the final game for seniors Erin Higham, Hanna Rose and Kim Seitter.

The Muskies fell in their season final against the Polar Bears, 3-0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-23). Muskingum completes the 2013 campaign with a 10-16 overall record and 1-8 mark in the Ohio Athletic Conference.

Prior to the match, Higham, Rose and Seitter were all recognized.

Rose helped lead the Muskie net attack with 10 kills and 16 digs.

Seitter, who had a game-best 24 digs, ended her tenure as the Muskingum career digs leader with 2,179.

Freshman Katie Hunt recorded 12 kills and freshman Haley Slaton had eight to help pace the Muskie effort.

Junior Alexa Abrams registered 18 assists and freshman Kaleigh Hendrix had 17 assists.

Ellie Gillespie led the Polar Bears (18-8, 7-2) with 11 kills. Kristin Sissler had 23 digs and Heather Saunier and Ashley Borchers each had 16 assists.
