Senior Macy McAdams broke the school record in the 5,000-meter run and earned All-OAC honors to lead the women's outdoor track & field team at the OAC Championships on Friday afternoon.

• Senior Macy McAdams set the school record for the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:26.19. She breaks the previous record of 18:00.33 that was set by Julie Fobes in 2017.
• The Muskies finished in seventh out of a nine-team field.

• Mount Union placed first with a team total of 218.33.

• Muskingum was led McAdams who finished second with a new school record in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:26.19 to secure All-OAC accolades.

In The Field

• Junior Mikayla Deiotte led the Muskie with a fifth place finish in the javelin throw with a distance of 28.86 meters. Sophomore Lexi Hall notched eighth with a score of 26.75 meters.
• Sophomore Jace Wigal earned eighth in the discus throw with a mark of 35.47 meters.
• Junior Spencer Neville secured sixth in the high jump with a height of 1.56 meters.
• Wigal also earned seventh in the hammer throw with a distance of 40.86 meters.
