- John Carroll grabbed the early momentum in doubles play by winning first, second and third doubles.
- Muskingum senior Kayla Hall provided a spark for the Muskies in singles play. Hall dropped a three-set battle at fourth singles against Skye Harwood 0-6, 6-2, 5-10.
- The Blue Streaks rounded out the match victory with strong play in singles action.
