The Muskingum women's tennis team won a thrilling Ohio Athletic Conference match at Capital on Tuesday afternoon, 5-4.

Doubles Action
- Muskingum lead 2-1 after doubles play.
- The Muskie first doubles tandem of sophomore Elizabeth Knauss and junior Nikola Burkard aced the Capital team of Britanny Keuneke and Annika Wachtman, 8-0.
- The Muskie second doubles team of freshman Lindsay Brindack and senior Katie King registered an overpowering 8-3 win against Megan Williams and Melissa Veerman.
- Muskingum's third doubles team of sophomore Sydney McDaniel and sophomore Manda Gaeckle dropped an 8-6 heartbreaker against Nykesha Headen and Chelsea Pla.
Singles Action
- Muskingum claimed the OAC victory by registering wins at third, fourth and fifth singles.
- At third singles, Burkhard disposed of Headen in straight sets 6-0, 6-0.
- At fourth singles, King fought back from a set down to win a three-set thriller against Wachtman 6-7 (1-7), 6-4, 6-3.
- At fifth singles, McDaniel beat Pla in straight sets 7-6 (7-3), 6-3.
- Brindack lost a tough three-set battle against Williams at second singles. Brindack fell 2-6, 6-4, 6-7 (12-10).
