
The College Sports Communicators Academic All-District 2024 Women's Soccer accolades have been released, and senior defender Jillian Laposky, junior defender Hannah Ritchie, junior defender Britney Herrick, sophomore midfielder Emma Morton, sophomore midfielder Gabriella Wetherill, and sophomore goalkeeper Gracyn Armstrong were recognized for their outstanding efforts on the field and in the classroom.
Laposky, an Accounting major, started in 17 games in the 2024 season and recorded two shots.
Ritchie, a Geology major, appeared in 14 games in the 2024 season while recording 10 shots and two assists.
Herrick, with majors in Exercise Science and Accounting, appeared in 17 games in the 2024 season and logged nine shots.
Morton, a Nursing major, appeared in 16 games in the 2024 season where she registered one goal and 11 shots.
Wetherill, with majors in Sports Administration and Accounting, started 17 games in the 2024 season and recorded one goal and 10 shots.
Armstrong, an Environmental Science major, started 14 games in the 2024 season where she tallied 84 saves with a save-percentage of .757.
The 2024 Academic All-District® Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
