Women’s Lacrosse celebrates senior day

The Muskingum women's lacrosse team celebrated senior day in a matchup against Baldwin Wallace where the Muskies fell short 19-10.

The Basics 

  • Records: Muskingum (5-6 overall, 0-2 OAC), Baldwin Wallace (5-6 overall, 1-0 OAC)
  • Location: North Athletic Turf Field - New Concord, Ohio

Inside the Numbers 

  • The Muskies recorded 10 goals, seven assists, 16 ground balls, and 17 draw controls. 
  • Senior Riley Hudock led the Muskies with five goals, eight draw controls, and two ground balls to fuel the offense. 
  • Junior Maria Decaminada logged two goals, six draw controls, and four ground balls. 
  • Graduate student Hannah Heyboer tallied one goal and had a team-high four assists on the day.  
  • Senior Kenzie Bicking threw in one goal, one assist, and one ground ball. 
  • Senior Megan Lang finished the contest with one goal. 
  • Senior Riley Zwagerman registered one assist, three draw controls, and one ground ball to round out the Muskies offense. 
  • Sophomore Malena Brady grabbed 10 saves in goal for the Muskies. 
  • Baldwin Wallace recorded 19 goals, seven assists, 16 draw controls, 24 ground balls, and eight saves.  
  • The Yellow Jackets were led by Ella Szalay with six goals.
