The Muskingum women's lacrosse team trounced on the Franciscan Barons in an action-packed 22-8 victory. Leading the way for the Muskies was the offensive duo of seniors Haley Clifton and Riley Hudock who each came away with six goals in the contest. The duo combined for 12 of the Muskies program record tying 22 goals. The team also tied the program record for assists in a game with 12 as a team in today's contest.

Notables
- The dominating Muskie offense tied the school record for goals in a game with 22. This contest marks the fourth time in program history that a Muskie team has scored 22 goals with the most recent being last season against Bethany College.
- The Muskingum offense also facilitated a highly potent passing game with a program tying 12 assists. This is the third time in program history the Muskies have tallied 12 assists as a team.
- Clifton and Hudock each tallied six goals which puts them in a tie for fourth in most goals scored in program history.
- Graduate Student Hannah Heyboer led the Muskies in assists tonight with three which sits in a tie for eighth in a single game in program history.
- The Muskingum women's lacrosse team used this game as their One Love Game. Having both an educational video played between the first two quarters and a public address read about the One Love foundation.
Inside the Numbers
- The Muskies recorded 22 goals, 12 assists, 28 ground balls, and 19 draw controls.
- Clifton and Hudock both scored six goals to pace the Muskie offense at a dominating level.
- Clifton also logged two assists to come away with eight total points in the game. She added three ground balls and one draw control.
- Hudock notched an assist herself and found five ground balls and six draw controls in the contest.
- Senior Megan Lang finished with four goals and two assists. She also added one ground ball, draw control, and caused turnover.
- Junior Maria Decaminada tallied three goals and one assist. She also came away with a strong five ground balls and six draw controls.
- Graduate Student Hannah Heyboer facilitated the offense with a team-high three assists. She also added one goal.
- Senior Riley Zwagerman and sophomore Amanda Charness each finished with one goal and one assist.
- Zwagerman added two draw controls, ground balls, and caused turnovers in the contest.
- Charness came away with two draw controls and one ground ball.
- Junior Ella Duling logged an assist on offense and grabbed one ground ball and forced a caused turnover as well.
- Sophomore Malena Brady brought in five saves in goal for the Muskies and scooped up five ground balls.
- Other Muskies locking down the defensive side of the stat sheet with some form of caused turnover, draw control, or ground balls included senior Zoe Ballard, junior Kasi Tully, and senior Victoria Machado Diaz.
- Franciscan recorded eight goals, 21 ground balls, 12draw controls, and three saves.
- The Barons were led by Carolyn Cooke and Gianna Dinoto who eahc had two goals.
