The Muskingum women's lacrosse team fell to rival Marietta on Wednesday night, 21-7.

- Leading the Muskie attack was senior Carly Spitz with three goals on seven shots.
- Sophomore Paige Hannum added two goals on two shots.
- Junior Jacie Clifton and junior Raiyah Johnson each chipped in one goal for Muskingum.
- Freshman Cailin Wise started in goal for the Muskies and played the first 49:35. She made six saves on the night.
- Freshman Alyssa Whealdon played the last 10:25 in net.
- Hope Adams and Shannon Doyle each led Marietta with four goals.

The Difference
- Muskingum scored their first goal with 21:46 left in the first half from Spitz to cut it to 3-1.
- Marietta led at the break, 16-5.
- The Pioneers used a 5-2 run in the second half to secure the win.
- Marietta held an advantage in shots, 30-20 and in draw controls, 18-12.
