Women’s golf finishes third at Muskingum Spring Invite

Sophomore Allison Jurkovic carded a 90 to lead the Muskie women's golf team at the Muskingum Spring Invitational.

The Basics

  • The invitational took place at Zanesville Country Club in Zanesville, Ohio. Muskingum was the host school.
  • As a team, the Muskies shot a combined score of 386 on the day. Muskingum finished third out of five teams.
  • Otterbein finished in first place with a score of 340.
  • Otterbein's Rachel Hatley won medalist honors with an 82.

On the Course

  • The Muskies were led by sophomore Allison Jurkovic who carded a 90. Jurkovic finished inside the top 10 in both par three scoring and par four scoring out of the 39-golfer field.
  • Senior Ericka Marano and junior Nyoka Clarke both recorded a 97 for Muskingum.
  • Freshman Samantha Miller rounded out the scoring for the Muskies with a 102.
