Women's Bowling ranks 13th in latest USBC National Poll

The Muskingum women's bowling team has been ranked 13th in the latest United States Bowling Congress National Poll following a strong performance at the Muskie Mash.

The women's bowling team is ranked 13th following a dominant showing at the Muskie Mash where the Muskies secured a second place finish. The Muskies add the runner-up finish to an already strong start to their season, with a win at the DO Apparel/Brunswick, a win at the Ohio Bowling Conference #1, and a fourth place finish at the Ohio Bowling Conference #2.

In their most recent performance at the Muskie Mash, senior Kelsey Wilson led the Muskies with a total of 915 pins and senior Hailey Yingst finished close behind with a total of 909 pins. Both Wilson and Yingst earned All-Tournament team for their performance at the event. Sophomore Tayler Clark fired off an impressive 907 total pins. Junior Elizabeth Springsteen added 889 total pins for Muskingum. Junior Lillian Matteson rounded out the Muskies impressive event with a total of 787 pins. 

The Muskies will be back on the lanes when they travel to the Br. Patrick Lacey Memorial Tournament and La Roche at Lincoln Lanes. The event is set to start at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 9.
