Women’s Bowling concludes 2022 play at Keystone Quaker LV Classic

The Muskingum women's bowling team wrapped up their final event of the 2022 calendar year, competing at the Keystone Quaker LV Classic in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

LeHigh Valley Collegiate Classic – 12/19-20

  • Muskingum totaled 4048 pins through the first five team games and 3317 in 20 baker games.
  • The Muskies finished 12th out of a 14-team field totaling 7365 pins.
  • Trine University secured the team title.
  • Sophomore Kelsey Wilson was the Muskies' top performer, finishing 30th with 856 pins, averaging 171.2 pins per game.

Roto-Grip Keystone Collegiate Classic – 12/21-22

  • The Muskies' finished fourth out of a nine-team field with a score of 7711.
  • Pikeville University won the team title with an overall team score of 8293.
  • Freshman Elizabeth Springsteen placed seventh with a five-game total of 932, averaging 186.4 per game.
  •  Sophomore Kaylee Hauck finished 10th with a five-game total of 920, averaging 184 per game.

Notables

  • The fourth-place finish marked the team's highest finish in the tournament.

 Muskingum returns to the lanes on Saturday, January 14-15 when they head to Addison, Ill. for the Kegel/ISBPA Collegiate Classic.
