The Muskingum women's bowling team took fourth out a of ten-team field at the Collegiate Club Nationals at Championship Lanes in Anderson, Indiana over the weekend.
During the qualifying round on Saturday, Muskingum shot a four-set total of 2,728 (677,683,703,665).
After the qualifying round, the Muskies defeated the defending champions Wright State University, 3-0, to move to the next round of competition. The team then fell to Northern Kentucky University, 3-2, to finish Day 1 of the event.
On Sunday, Muskingum defeated West Texas A&M in a hard fought battle, 3-2, to start the day. Later, the Muskies were defeated by Lewis University in a close battle, 2-1.
The Muskies finished with their highest placement ever for the event.
Muskingum next travels to USBC Sectionals at Smyrna, Tennessee on Friday, April 16.
