The Muskingum women's basketball team cruised to a victory on Saturday afternoon. The Muskies finished the contest with a 84-53 win over the Heidelberg Student Princes.

- This is the first time since the 2016-17 campaign that the Muskies have started 2-0 in the OAC.

- Muskingum shot 33-of-64 (51.6%) from the field, 4-of-11 (36.4%) from beyond the arc, and 14-of-22 (63.6%) from the free-throw line.
- The Muskies combined for 39 rebounds, 20 assists, 16 steals, and four blocks.
- Leading the way for the Muskies was the dynamic duo of junior's Tori Jones and Laurell Brown. Jones and Brown both added 14 points to the Muskie offensive.
- Freshman Julia Jaenke scored 13 points on an efficient 6-of-7 from the field.
- Freshman Mckenna Baney notched 12 points on 5-of-6 shooting from the field.
- Junior Claudia Harrington recorded 11 points, nine rebounds, and six assists. Harrington also added two blocks and one steal defensively for the Muskies.
- Heidelberg shot 16-of-51 (31.4%) from the field, 3-of-21 (14.3%) from behind the arc, and 18-of-23 (78.3%) from the free-throw line.
- Morgan Altenburger led Heidelberg with 12 points and two blocks.
