Sophomore Taylor DeMassimo and freshman Halle Morehead led the Muskies in their 73-63 loss against Otterbein on Saturday afternoon in the Steele Center.

- Sophomore Taylor DeMassimo guided the Muskies offense with a team-high 16 points, which included three triples. She finished the day grabbing seven rebounds and two steals.
- Freshman Halle Morehead scored a career-high 10 points for the Muskies, while also dishing-out a team-high five assists.
- Sophomore Leia Smith finished with nine points and seven rebounds.
- Muskingum finished the contest shooting 21-of-66 (.318) from the field, 4-for-13 (.308) from beyond the arc, and 17-of-22 (.773) from the free-throw line.
- The Cardinals were led by Bryn Mangold who registered a game-high 17 points.
- Otterbein finished the night 25-of-57 (.439) from the field, 1-of-7 (.143) from beyond the arc, and 22-of-32 (.688) from the free-throw line.
How it Happened
- The Muskies held a 15-9 lead over the Cardinals, but an Otterbein 6-0 run evened the score at 15 to end the first quarter.
- An opening 11-0 run from the Cardinals saw their lead extend 26-15. Muskingum would trim the Cardinal deficit down to seven. The Cardinals headed into the break with a 36-29 lead heading into the break.
- The Muskies used a 23-19 advantage in the third quarter to draw within three of the Cardinals heading into the final period.
- Otterbein used a seven-point edge fourth quarter to secure a 73-63 victory.
