
The Muskingum women's basketball team fell to the John Carroll Blue Streaks on Saturday, 73-47. Sophomore Sarah Miller directed the Muskies with a career-high 14 points and seven rebounds.

Game Highlights
In the first quarter, the Muskies and Blue Streaks traded baskets with neither team grabbing more than a three-point lead early on. Yeager drilled a layup with less than a minute remaining to tie the score at 15-15 going into the second quarter. The Blue Streaks then tallied a 14-4 surge to jump out to a 29-19 lead. Muskingum attempted to close the gap, but John Carroll collected back-to-back free-throws to give them a 12-point edge (39-27) going into the break.
John Carroll went on to outscore the Muskies in the third (16-9) and fourth (18-11) quarters en route to the 73-47 triumph.
