Women's Basketball to be featured on ESPN3

The Muskingum women's basketball team will be featured on ESPN3 when they go head-to-head with NCAA Division I foe Youngstown State on Friday, December 20. The tip-off for the exhibition game is slated for 11:00 a.m. in the Beeghly Center. The contest is the annual Chick-Fil-A School Field Trip Game.

The Muskies are led by sophomore Olivia Lang, who averages 10.7 points per game. Lang has also grabbed 22 rebounds, dished out 11 assists, and recorded 10 steals. Junior Emily Yeager collects 10.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, while junior Camay Baylock registers 10.0 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Junior Sam Filiaggi paces the Muskie defense with a team-best 14 steals.

The Penguins, members of the Horizon League, are led by senior Mary Dunn, who averages a team-best 17.0 points per game. Dunn has also logged 19 rebounds, five assists, and three steals this season. Junior Chelsea Olson is averaging 11.7 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. Junior McKenah Peters tallies 10.1 points per game.
