The Muskingum women's basketball team fell on a cold Wednesday night at 20th-ranked Capital, 71-53.

Inside The Numbers
- Sophomore Hallie Stocker scored a career-best 14 points to lead the Muskies. Stocker drained four three-point shots and made a pair of free throws en route to her career-high night.
- Junior Mallory Taylor scored 10 points.
- Sophomore Alexandra Carson added nine points.
- Muskingum ended the outing shooting .300 (15-of-50) from the field.
- Capital was led by Nina Napolitano who scored a game-high 17 points.
- Simonne Gage added 16 points.
- The Crusaders ended the game shooting .483 (29-of-60) from the floor and held a 30-10 advantage in points in the paint.
Game Notes
- Capital led 21-19 after the opening quarter.
- The Crusaders outscored the Muskies 18-13 in the second quarter to take a 39-32 lead into the half.
- Capital maintained control in the second half and ended the game outscoring the Muskies 32-21.
