The Muskingum women's basketball used a big second-half surge to beat Heidelberg in Ohio Athletic Conference play on Saturday afternoon in the Recreation Center, 68-60.

Inside The Numbers
- Muskingum erased a 32-23 halftime deficit by outscoring Heidelberg 45-28 in the second half. The Muskies used an 18-10 surge in the third quarter and 27-18 burst in the fourth quarter to to seal the comeback win.
- The Muskies used an 18-0 run in the fourth quarter to erase a 47-41 deficit to take a 59-47 lead with 2:06 to play.
- Sophomore Alexandra Carson led all scorers with 19 points. She also added five steals, three rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes of play.
- Junior Mallory Taylor had an 18-point, six-rebounds performance.
- Sophomore Hallie Stocker added 12 points on 3-of-5 shooting.
- Senior Angela Darnley scored 10 points and recorded three assists and two steals.
- Muskingum ended the outing shooting .393 (22-of-56) from the floor. The Muskies sank 10 three-point shots and was 14-of-18 from the free-throw line.
- Carli Patrick led Heidelberg with 14 points and nine rebounds.
- Marisa Liburdi and Mariah Perarson each scored 10 points for the Student Princes.
- Heidelberg ended the contest shooting .439 (25-of-57) from the field.
