The Muskingum softball team swatted down the Yellow Jackets with a 2-0 sweep. The Muskies took game one with a 2-0 shutout and took game two with a final of 2-1.

Game one
- The Muskies finished with 23 at bats, two runs, five hits, two RBIs and were walked twice.
- Sophomore Cara Taylor led the Muskies with two RBI's and a double.
- Freshman Bethany Rodman helped heat up the Muskie bats as she went 2-for-3 with a run.
- Freshman Natalie Smith posted one run, one hit, and was walked once.
- Freshman Eliana Shaheen added a hit to the stat sheet.
- Senior Madelyn Thomas stood in the pitching circle. Thomas finished with seven strikeouts and only allowed five hits.
Game Two
- The Muskies finished with 25 at bats, two runs, six hits, two RBI, and were walked a single time.
- Sophomore Cara Taylor led the Muskies as she went 2-for-3 with her in the batter's box. Taylor also scored a run.
- Senior Rosie Hayes earned herself a double with an RBI.
- Senior Kalie Eshelman had a hit and scored a run.
- Freshman Natalie Smith had an RBI double.
- Both freshman Tareyn Born and freshman Bethany Rodman each stepped into the pitching circle. Born pitched four innings and had four strikeouts. Rodman pitched three innings to finish with a strikeout. Rodman also had stepped into the batter's box and tallied a hit.
