The Muskingum softball team fell to Baldwin Wallace in doubleheader action on Saturday afternoon. They lost Game 1, 1-0 and Game 2, 3-1.

Inside the Numbers: Game 1
- Junior Hannah Smith started on the mound for the Muskies in game 1. Smith pitched six innings, allowing one run on five hits.
- Senior Karsyn Shaffer led the Muskies in offense with one hit.
- Nikki Camarati pitched a complete game for the Yellow Jackets allowing no runs off one hit.
- Alex Kozich led the Yellow Jacket offense with two hits.

- Hannah Welling pitched a complete game for the Yellow Jackets allowing one run off five hits.
- Macey Leach, Alex Kozich, and Emily Mau each recorded one RBI for the Yellow Jackets.
The Difference
- Muskingum struck first off a Haley Hawk RBI single through the ride side of the field to give the Muskies an early 1-0 lead in the first inning.
- The Yellow Jackets got their first two runs in the fifth inning with a Mary Leach RBI double and a Raegan Thompson RBI single to take a 2-1 lead over the Muskies.
- Baldwin Wallace extended their lead 3-1 in the sixth with a double to right center from Mackenzie Milligan.
