For men's outdoor track & field, senior Tristan Makowski competed in the shot put event at two events this week, where he saw a first-place finish at the Allegheny Gator Invitational, and a fifth-place finish at the Harrison Dillard Twilight.

• Makowski earned a first place finish in the shot put event with a mark of 15.34 meters.

• This was an unscored event.

• Makowski once again had a good showing in the shot put event with a mark of 16.03 meters. Makowski finished in fifth-place out of 22 competitors.
