Men's Indoor Track & Field open season at Case Western Reserve Invitational

The Muskingum men's indoor track & field team opened their season at the Case Western Reserve Invitational.

The Basics

  • Location: Cleveland, Ohio

On the Track

  • Junior Ryan Irwin placed third in the 60 meter hurdles event with a time of 8.61.
  • Sophomore Cooper Bell finished in seventh in the 60 meter hurdles event with a time of 9.28.

On the Field

  • Sophomore William Jackson finished eighth in the weight throw event with a mark of 14.41 meters.
  • Senior Colton Whyte logged a seventh place finish in the long jump event with a mark of 6.50 meters.
  • Sophomore Thomas Christman notched a sixth place finish in the high jump event with a mark of 1.90 meters.

  • The Muskies will be back in action on Saturday, January 18 when they will compete at home in the Muskie Meet #1. The event will be held at the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex.
