Senior Tristan Makowski and freshman Noah Mitchell collected All-Ohio accolades to lead the Muskingum Men's Indoor Track and Field Team at the All-Ohio meet on Saturday.
The Basics
- Location: The Steemer – Springfield, Ohio
- Muskingum finished eight out of a 14-team field.
- The Muskies finished with a total of 31 points.
- Mount Union won the team title with an overall score of 226.5.
Notables
- All-Ohio honors are reserved for the top three finishers in each event.
- Tristan Makowski finished third in the Shot Put with a mark of 14.94 meters to earn All-Ohio honors.
- Noah Mitchell finished third in the Triple Jump with a mark of 13.39 meters to earn All-Ohio honors.
- Junior Hasson Williams and freshman Ryan Irwin both ran a time of 8.67 to set a new school record in the 60-meter hurdles. The previous record was set by Darrell Briggs in 2015, with a time of 8.69.
On the Track
- The 4x200-meter relay team of Ryan Irwin, sophomore Colton Whyte, Hasson Williams, and freshman Keaton Naufzinger ran a time of 1:32.43 to finish seventh.
On the Field
- In the Long Jump, Colton Whyte leaped a mark of 6.69 to finish fourth.
- Junior Julian Anderson finished seventh in the Triple Jump with a mark of 12.91 meters.

Muskingum will be back in action on Friday, February 17, for its Faculty/Staff appreciation meet at the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex where they will host their fourth Muskingum Meet. The event is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m.
