Men's tennis drops heartbreaking match vs. Geneva

The Muskingum men's tennis team dropped a heartbreaking 5-4 match against Geneva on Wednesday afternoon.

How It Happened

The Muskie tandem of Micah Keith and Caleb Patten delivered an 8-6 win at third doubles to give the Muskies their first point of the match.

Muskingum then won at third, fourth and fifth singles to inch the squad close to victory. Trayton McHale won a thrilling 7-5, 2-6, 1-0 (10-8) battle at third singles, Gordon German won 1-6, 6-1. 1-0 (10-8) at fourth singles and Keith concluded the exciting matches with a 4-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-8) win at fifth singles.

Geneva claimed wins at first, second and sixth singles to fend off the Muskie charge.
