The Muskingum men's soccer team battled non-conference opponent Geneva, on the road, Saturday night. The Muskies lost by the final score of 3-0.

How It Happened

  • Geneva's Liam O'Halloran who scored in the lower far side of the net scored the lone goal of the first half.
  • O'Halloran netted his second goal of the season at the 53-minute marker, extending the lead 2-0 in the second half.
  • Two minutes later, Geneva generated the final goal of the night, making it a 3-0 contest.
  • Muskingum's only shots at the net came in the first half. The Muskies peppered two strikes in the fifth minute and one in the 31st minute.
  • Goalkeeper William Bradshaw played all 90 minutes in the frame and recorded four saves and allowed three goals.
  • The Golden Tornados goalkeeper Luke Nolan netted the shutout in 90 minutes of action.
