Washington & Jefferson tied the game in the 89th minute and scored the game-winning goal in the final minute of double overtime to steal a win from Muskingum's grasp on a rainy Wednesday night, 2-1.

The Game
- Washington & Jefferson's Justin Nolfi tallied the game-tying goal in the 89th minute to force overtime and steal the victory from Muskingum's grasp. The strike was assisted by Jason Menni.
- W&J's Scott Hanna delivered the game-winning goal with 57 seconds left in the second overtime period to shock the Muskies. The final blow was assisted by Nolfi.
- Muskingum led 1-0 at the half on freshman Amier Salah's first career goal in the 36th minute.
- The goal was assisted by freshman Gage Toy. It marked his first career assist. Toy led the Muskies with four shots.
- W&J ended the outing with a 33-7 advantage in shots and a 14-2 edge in corner kicks.

- Freshman Daniel Jennings played all 109 minutes in the net and made a career-best 17 saves, while allowing two goals.
- Benny Wilt played the entire game in frame and made three saves and allowed one goal.
