#WinsDay features the Muskingum men's lacrosse team's dominating victory over Earlham on Wednesday, March 11 at the North Athletic Turf Field. The Muskies erupted with a 51-15 shot advantage and a 17-11 edge in face-off wins en route to a big 21-4 win. The victory marked the Muskies first triumph of the 2020 season.
Muskingum got off to a fast start scoring six goals in the first quarter. The Muskies continued with their strong momentum scoring six more goals and taking a 12-2 halftime lead. Muskingum added four goals in the third quarter and five in the final quarter to secure the victory.
Senior Nick Klinefelter, freshman Michael Honeycutt, and freshman Kristopher Schneider each scored a game-high four goals for the Muskies. Freshman Aaron Baker added two goals and dished out three assists for Muskingum. Sophomore Mason Kesler and freshman Griffin Holiga both chipped in two goals on the night.
Sophomore goalie Brandon Farley played all 60 minutes in frame for the Muskies and made six saves during the contest.
