Behind a five-over round of 77 from senior Jack Williams, the Muskie men's golf team finished third at the Muskingum Invitational on Monday.
The Basics
- The event was hosted by Muskingum at Zanesville Country Club
- Muskingum finished third out of five teams.
- As a team, Muskingum shot a combined score of 313.
- Otterbein won the team title with a score of 305.
On the Course
- Muskingum was led by senior Jack Williams who turned in a score of 77. Williams' round was good enough to place him tied for sixth as an individual.
- Juniors Cameron Henry and Nick Congrove both finished tied for ninth with rounds of 78 each, while junior Nicholas Luniewski notched an 80 to finish tied for 17th.
- Senior Chase Karling rounded out the Muskie scorers with a score of 81.
- The following Muskies all competed as individuals during the event: sophomore Sam Shoults (85), sophomore Brandon Gibson (87), senior Lucas Huston (89), junior Ethan Miller (90), freshman Blaine Hannan (91), sophomore Colin Debel (91), sophomore Riley Norris (94), and sophomore Keegan Windle (101).
