Senior Preston Yeater finished second out of a 37-golfer field with a score of 70 to lead the Muskingum men's golf team at the Marietta Invitational.

The Basics

• Senior Preston Yeater shot a team-best even-par 70 on Saturday afternoon.
• The event took place at the Lakeside Golf Course.
• As a team, the Muskies shot a combined team score of 308.
• Marietta won the event with a score of 297.

On The Course

• Senior Caleb Barnette finished in sixth place with a score of 75.
• Senior Brenton Franks finished tied for seventh, shooting a 76.
• Freshman Ethan Miller notched a 78 and finished tied for 15th.
• Freshman Cameron Henry tallied a 79 and finished tied for 22nd.
• Sophomore Jack Williams finished tied for 28th, shooting an 81, while sophomore Lucas Huston finished tied for 35th, shooting an 86. 
• Senior Matthew Shumar placed 37th with a score of 88.
• Gabe Herb of Marietta placed first at the event with a score of 69.
