Men's Bowling ranks 23rd in latest USBC National Poll

The Muskingum men's bowling team is ranked 23rd in the most recent United States Bowling Congress (USBC) National Poll.

The men's bowling team secured the 23rd spot after back-to-back second place finishes at the Ohio Bowling Conference #1 and the Ohio Bowling Conference #2.

In their most recent performance at the Ohio Bowling Conference #2, senior Evan Thro led the Muskies with a total of 964 pins, including a high game of 269 in the four game series. Sophomore Jacob Willard fueled the Muskies with a total of 889 pins and a high game of 254 at the event. Junior Brody Wildenmann added a total of 862 pins at the event to help pace the Muskies. Freshman Caelan Guthrie knocked down a total of 781 pins. Junior John Jacobs scored 678 total pins. Freshman Jacob Lehn rounded out the scoring with a 152 in one game of action.

Muskingum has secured a third place finish at the DO Apparel/Brunswick, a second place finish at the Ohio Bowling Conference #1, and a second place finish at the Ohio Bowling Conference #2.

The Muskies will look to claim their first win of the season at the Muskie Mash on Saturday, November 2 when Muskingum will be bowling at Legacy Lanes.
