The Muskingum men's basketball team dropped a road-OAC matchup versus Baldwin Wallace, 79-67.

How it Happened
- After both teams struggled to find their stride early on, Baldwin Wallace was able to piece together a 20-3 run over a six-minute span to grab a 22-6 lead with 12:34 remaining until halftime.
- Baldwin Wallace would build a 41-22 lead, their largest of the first half, with 3:59 remaining until the break.
- However, the Muskies would proceed to go on an 11-4 run and cut the Yellow Jacket lead to 45-33 at halftime.
- In the second half, both teams would play back-and-fourth basketball for much of the period.
- Muskingum would cut the Yellow Jacket lead down to 10 with 4:09 remaining, but it wasn't enough as Baldwin Wallace won the game, 79-67.
Inside the Numbers
- The Muskies were led by senior Alex Masinelli who registered 20 points and eight rebounds.
- Junior Tanner Gensler tallied 13 points, and also grabbed eight rebounds as well.
- Freshman DJ Donnell also got into double figures with 11 points, while senior Carson Carter added eight points for the Muskies.
- Baldwin Wallace was led by Drew Wennes who scored a game-high 28 points.
- Muskingum finished the day shooting 25-of-61 (41%) from the field, while Baldwin Wallace went 28-of-65 (43.1%).
- The Muskies shot 2-of-12 (16.7%) from three-point range, while the Yellow Jackets went 10-of-30 (33.3%) from deep.
- Baldwin Wallace outrebounded the Muskies 42-33 en route to 15-10 advantage in second chance points.
- Baldwin Wallace tallied 19 assists, compared to seven for Muskingum.
