Ty Hill was named the wide receivers coach and special team's coordinator for the Muskingum football program in the spring of 2022.

Before joining the Fighting Muskies football staff, Hill previously served as the cornerbacks coach in 2021, and the running backs coach during the 2019 – 2021 season for the Alma College Football program. His responsibilities included breaking down film, creating scouting reports, running scout defense, special teams operations, importing offense and defense game data in practices, directed of out-of-state recruiting duties, and assisted with setting up and breaking down practices and games.

In Hill's first season in New Concord, the Muskies achieved the program's second straight five-win season. This marked the first time Muskingum won at least five games in back-to-back years since 1995 and 1996.

Hill earned his Associates Degree from Jones County Junior College in 2016 and his Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from The University of West Alabama in 2019.
