Goodman named OAC Special Teams Player of the Week

The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced senior wide receiver Ja'Lin Goodman was named OAC Special Teams Player of the Week for his work as a kick returner in Muskingum's contest against Heidelberg last Saturday.

Goodman returned four kickoffs for 129 total yards, including an 85-yard return he brought back for a touchdown against the Student Princes. Goodman's speedy return marked the first kickoff returned for a touchdown since the 2013 campaign. On the season, Goodman has returned 11 kicks for 278 yards, a 25.3-yard average per return. Along with his returning duties, Goodman has enjoyed early success in Muskingum's receiving corps, hauling in 10 catches for 123 yards.
