Valorant takes third place in ECAC Playoffs

The Muskingum Valorant team defeated Lycoming 3-1 on Tuesday night to take third place in the 2023 spring ECAC Playoffs. The Muskies jumped on top early in the match, winning the first game 13-6 to grab the momentum. After Lycoming won game two 13-7 to even the match, Muskingum regrouped and dominated game three 13-2. With the match on the line, Muskingum defeated Lycoming 13-9 in game four to secure the win.

The Muskingum Esports program will be back in action on Wednesday, April 26, when they add another National Championship to the trophy case. Muskingum teammates Owen Hively and Doug Crawford will face off in the Madden national championship at 8:00 p.m. Muskingum currently has four national championships in program history, two in Madden and two in Fortnite.
