The Muskingum archery team traveled to the 2025 Eastern Youth & Collegiate Trophy Tournament. Senior Wes Ellsworth and freshman Kelly Hawvermale each became champions in their respective events on Sunday afternoon.

Notables

• The Muskies brought home two champions and eight top-25 finishes in their respective events.
• Senior Wes Ellsworth claimed first place to become the Bowhunter Collegiate Male Champion. Ellsworth scored a 638, with 41 total 11s and 16 total 10s. This score surpassed his personal record and etched his name into the record books with a new school record.
• Freshman Kelly Hawvermale was crowned Barebow Collegiate Female Champion after finishing first with a score of 528. She recorded eight total 11s and eight total 10s, breaking the school record.

• Sophomore Carlie Ellsworth earned a 5th-place finish in Barebow Collegiate Female with a score of 440, setting her personal record.

• Junior Kylee Brookover achieved 8th place in Compound Collegiate Female with a score of 621.
• Sophomore Kaitlyn Oswald finished 10th in Compound Collegiate Female with an identical score of 614.
• Freshman Parker Crum placed 16th in Compound Collegiate Male with a total score of 595.
• Freshman Samantha Hibbler delivered a strong performance, finishing 17th in Bowhunter Collegiate Female with a total score of 507.
• Sophomore Alexandria Marsh secured 20th place in Compound Collegiate Female with a score of 595.
• Freshman Carter Takarsh excelled in Barebow Collegiate Male, earning a total score of 260.
