The Muskingum baseball team stumbled in OAC road doubleheader action at Baldwin Wallace on Saturday afternoon. The Muskies fell in Game 1, 12-1, and in Game 2, 11-1.

Inside The Numbers - Game 1
- Junior Jake Norris got the start on the mound for the Muskies and pitched the first 5.1 innings. He allowed ten runs off 11 hits and notched four strikeouts.
- Junior Brett Carson earned one hit for Muskingum.
- Luke Vonderhaar led Baldwin Wallace with two hits and four RBIs.
- Gordon Seger started in the circle for the Yellow Jackets pitching the first 6.2 innings and allowed one run off one hit while notching five strikeouts.
The Difference - Game 1
- Baldwin Wallace started the scoring in the first inning with a two RBI double from Drew Wilson to make it, 2-0.
- The Yellow Jackets rallied off ten runs in the next several innings to take control of the game.
- The Muskies got a run in the seventh off a throwing error to make the final score, 12-1.
Inside The Numbers - Game 2
- Sophomore Brayden Bush pitched the first four innings for the Muskies and allowed eight runs off eight hits. He also grabbed six strikeouts.
- Freshman Nate Keiser led the Muskie offense with one hit and one RBI.
- Carson, senior Matt Stewart, sophomore Devin Ryan, and sophomore Jake Hymrod all notched one hit for Muskingum.
- Drew Wilson led Baldwin Wallace with two hits and four RBIs.
- Wilson also started on the mound for the Yellow Jackets and pitched the first five innings. He allowed no runs off six hits and secured six strikeouts.
The Difference - Game 2
- The Yellow Jackets got the scoring started in the second inning with two runs to take an early 2-0 lead.
- Baldwin Wallace next went on a 9-0 run in the next several innings to control of the contest and take an 11-0 lead.
- Muskingum notched their lone run in the seventh inning off an RBI hit from Keiser to make the final score, 11-1.
