• Bush earned the start on the mound for the Muskies and pitched the first 5.2 innings. He allowed seven runs off six hits and struck out a career-best 14 batters.
• Junior Brett Carson led the Muskie offense with two hits and one RBI including a home run.

• The Muskies took an early 1-0 lead in the first off a Congrove RBI sacrifice fly.
• John Carroll tied it up in the first inning off an RBI single from Cyrus to make it, 1-1.
• Stewart hit a two run RBI double to give Muskingum a 3-1 lead in the second.
• The Blue Streaks gained a run in the fifth inning to cut the deficit to 3-2.
• The Muskies increased their lead to 4-2 off a Carson solo shot.
• John Carroll used a 5-0 run in the sixth inning to take the lead, 7-4.
• The Blue Streaks earned another run in the ninth to make the final score, 8-4.

Inside The Numbers - Game 2

• Carson pitched the first five innings for the Muskies allowing five runs off six hits and notched a season-high seven strikeouts.
• Yoder led the Muskies at the plate with one hit and one RBI.
• Carson, Santacroce, freshman Ryan Schwartz, freshman Nate Keiser, and senior Zack Kozerski each chipped in one hit.
• Henry Haracz led John Carroll with three hits and one RBI.
• Matthew Aukerman started in the circle for the Blue Streaks and pitched all eight innings. He allowed one run off 6 six hits and earned eight strikeouts.

The Difference - Game 2

• John Carroll scored two runs in the third inning to take a 2-0 lead.
• The Blue Streaks plated three runs in the fifth to make it, 5-0.
• John Carroll used a 5-0 run to increase their lead, 10-0.
• The Muskies scored their lone run in the seventh off an RBI single from Yoder to make it, 10-1.
• The Blue Streaks scored three more runs in the eighth to make the final score, 13-1.
