The Muskingum baseball team fell in their road contest against John Carroll in OAC action on Friday evening, 8-3.

Inside The Numbers
- Junior Jake Norris started on the mound for the Muskies and pitched the first 6.1 innings. He seven runs off eight hits.
- Junior Brett Carson and freshman Andy Eurez led the Muskies with one hit and one RBI.
- Junior Devin Ryan, freshman Ryan Schwartz, and freshman Grant Hovest each added one hit.
- Junior Chayce Lundell chipped in one RBI for Muskingum.
- Tyler Cyrus led John Carroll with two hits and two RBIs.
- Mitchel Midea got the start for the Blue Streaks pitching the eight innings of work allowing three runs off four hits. He also secured 11 strikeouts.

- The Blue Streaks used 4-0 run in the fourth inning to the lead.
- John Carroll added a run in the third to make it 5-0 off a Cyrus RBI double.
- Muskingum got on the board in the fourth off a Lundell RBI hit to make it, 5-1.
- John Carroll earned two more runs in the fifth to increase their led, 7-1.
- The Muskies secured a run in the sixth and seventh to make it, 7-3.
- The Blue Streaks added one run in the eighth to make the final score, 8-3.
