The Muskingum baseball team fell to #10 Wooster on Thursday evening, 7-3.

• Muskingum scored three runs on eight hits.
• Freshman Brett Carson led the Muskies with three hits and one RBI.
• Senior Michael Pagano registered one run on two hits and one RBI.
• Senior Ben Van Wey went 1-for-3 at the dish.
• Junior pitcher Josh Bigrigg took the loss after allowing one run on three hits. Bigrigg tallied two strikeouts in the game.
• Garrett Crum guided Wooster at the plate with one run on three hits.
• Christian Julius secured the win on the mound for Wooster. Julius allowed no runs on three hits.

• Wooster took an early lead in the bottom of the secong inning, scoring one run on two hits and leaving one runner on base.
• In its next at-bat, Wooster brought in another run to gain a 2-0 lead.
• In the bottom of the fourth, the Scots tallied two more runs to make it 4-0.
• Wooster added another run in its next at-bat, pushing its lead to 5-0.
• In the top of the seventh, Carson put Muskingum on the board with an RBI single.
• In the Muskies' next at-bat, Pagano smashed a home run over the right field fence, making it 5-2.
• The Scots answered in the bottom of the eighth by scoring two runs.
• In the top of the ninth inning, senior Marc Ibarra hit a sacrifice fly to right field, driving home junior Holden Martin.
• Despite the Muskies' momentum, Wooster was able to escape the inning, allowing one run on one hit with two runners left on base.

• The Muskies next host John Carroll for a doubleheader on Saturday, April 6. Game times are slated for 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
