The Muskingum women's soccer team slipped in a battle against Washington & Jefferson on Sunday afternoon, 2-1.

How it Happened

  • Washington & Jefferson grabbed the early lead in the seventh minute when Daughtery scored off Katie Hahn's corner kick.
  • Muskingum tied the outing in the 61st minute when Mackie converted a penalty kick. The PK was awarded after a handball in the box was called on the Presidents.
  • W&J scored the game-winner in the 71st minute on a goal by Olsen.
