The Muskingum men's golf team finished in sixth place at the Gatorade Collegiate Invite on Sunday evening.
The Basics
- The invitational took place at the Zoar Village Golf Course
- As a team, Muskingum shot a 621 (309-312) during the two-day event.
On The Course
- Junior Brenton Franks led the Muskies finishing tied for 11th in the 54-golfer field shooting a combined score of 151 (77-74) while having a team-high six birdies.
- Senior Thomas Green finished tied for 14th shooting a 152 (72-80) while having five birdies and 21 pars.
- Junior Preston Yeater finished tied for 29th shooting a 158 (81-77) while recording a team-high 22 pars.
- Freshman Chase Karling finished tied for 34th shooting a 160 (79-81).
- Freshman Jonah Hanes finished tied for 44th shooting a 165 (84-81).
- Baldwin Wallace won the event with a team total score of 595 (295-300).
- Baldwin Wallace golfers, Jimmy Clark and Logan Bratsch, both finished tied for first place with a score of 143.
