Women's Cross Country placed 13th at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic

The Muskingum women's cross country team finished 13th out of 29 at the Jenna Strong Invitational on Saturday at Wilmington College Track. 

The Course

  • Wilmington College Track - Wilmington, Ohio
  • The event was a 5K race.
  • 240 total runners.
  • The Muskies tallied a total of 310 points.

Notable

  • The invitational is to honor Jenna Parlette. This was the 10th Jenna Strong Fall Classic that was held in her honor.

How it Happened

  • Sophomore Rosemary Stephens recorded a 25th-place finish with a time of 20:17.36.
  • Sophomore Abigail Derry registered a time of 21:04.54 to finish 55th.
  • Freshman Caroline Kennel earned 77th place, finishing with a time of 21:31.39.
  • Sophomore Averi Schwendeman finished with a time of 21:39.47 to finish 82nd.
  • Sophomore Jillian Ayres recorded a time of 22:07.12 to finish 104th.
