Graduate senior Macy McAdams tallied a 6K time of 21:44.5 at the NCAA Regional Championships to become Muskingum's first cross country national qualifier in school history.

- Muskingum was led by graduate senior Macy McAdams who tallied a time of 21:44.5 to finish ninth as an individual and move on to the national meet.
- Freshman Rosemary Stephens finished with a time of 24:59.8 to finish 146th, while freshman Rylee Bollenbacher notched a time of 26:09.3 to finish 183rd.
- Freshman Alyssa Heinrichs recorded a time of 27:07.5 for Muskingum, and freshman Kyra Kiessling added a time of 27:24.5.
- Freshman Jillian Ayres rounded out Muskingum's finishers with a time of 28:18.7.
