The Muskingum women's cross country team ran at the All-Ohio Championships hosted by Cedarville on Friday afternoon. The Muskies finished 16th in the 18-team field.
The Basics
- The event was held at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.
- The race distance was 6K.
- The weather conditions were cloudy, windy, light rain and 53 degrees.
How It Happened
- Freshman Reilly Walsh led the Muskies with a 78th place finish in the 273-runner field. She ended with a time 24:25.
- Sophomore Heidi Snipes placed 109th with a time of 25:02.
- Junior Josie Baum logged a time of 25:04 to finish 112th.
- Junior Hannah Gregory finished 147th with a time of 25:48.
- Freshman Keely Ames rounded out the team scoring with a time of 26:15 to place 173rd.
- Muskingum ended the event with 435 points and averaged a time of 25:20.
- Otterbein won the event with 80 points.
