The Muskingum women's soccer team hosted OAC opponent Mount Union at the North Athletic Turf Field for their Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Muskie Pride game. The Purple Raiders escaped New Concord with a 3-1 victory.

- The Purple Raiders got the scoring started at the 23:06 mark off a Madison Pepper shot that found the right corner of the net.
- Mount Union led the Muskies 1-0 at the half, holding a 14-5 edge in shots.
- After an aggressive offensive push, Morgan Meisel chipped it over the Mount Union goalkeeper to tie the contest. The goal was assisted by Madison Yenke.
- At the 70:37 mark, Madison Pepper found the back of the goal again to give the Purple Raiders a 2-1 edge over the Muskies.
- Mount Union capped off their third and final goal from Andrea Decker at the 75:15 mark to escape New Concord with a 3-1 victory.
Inside the Numbers
- Sophomore Morgan Meisel led the Muskie attack with one goal and three shots.
- Sophomore Madison Yenke dished out one assist and added a shot.
- Freshman Emily Keylor, freshman Britney Herrick, senior Sheridyn Woofter, and freshman Marysa Starcher rounded out the Muskingum offensive effort with one shot apiece.
- Junior Kelly Buck secured 11 saves in 90 minutes of work between the pipes for the Muskies.
- Mount Union was led by Madison Pepper who had a game-high two goals.
